Conveniently located just 1 mile from the Mayo Clinic and 2.5 miles from the beach, Osprey’s Rest is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Minutes from Florida State Road 202 (J Turner Butler Blvd) and you can be downtown in 20 minutes or less for a Jaguars game at EverBank Stadium!

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:
Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All events must be approved.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

A pool safety fence for the in-ground pool is available upon request before check-in.
