« I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay! »

« Perfect. Nice clean place with everything you will need for cooking and entertainment. We didn’t even have enough time to do it all. We have been glamping in different place and this took it to a whole new level. So much privacy and so much space to explore. Will be back 10 out of 10. »
