Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

- Please put all recycled trash possible in a separate bin. There are four extra bins where you can put the recyclables and they will be towed away by Friday. Please make sure not to leave the trash bags out on the ground since the animals might rip them causing trash to get scattered all around the place.

- Please Note: A $100 fee will apply if trash is not placed inside the bins or if the kennel is unlocked. If you need extra storage for your trash bags, please let us know so that we can assist.

- Jacuzzi Fee is $50. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it.

- The main house driveway is not plowed so all guests will need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up. 4x4 vehicles are recommended and tire chains during the winter season ***

Bonfires are not allowed from May 1st till October 15th, they are only allowed from October 16th till April 30th.
