« Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ate breakfast two days at JoJo's which is situated in the same parking lot. The food was excellent, fresh and hot! There was plenty of parking if you're driving and the hotel is located in a perfect location. There's restaurants, shopping plaza's, fast food, gas stations, and they also have a casino in Fountaine Square. If I'm traveling again to North Chicago, Waukegan, IL area, I'll definitely stay here again! »

« The staff were great! The breakfast also. I didn’t realize they don’t come in and renew your sheets or towels/washcloths. But, they were more than will to provide them or I could come to the desk and retrieve them. The room was a little older, but clean and worked well with the roominess and extras, refrigerator stove, dish washer. It was a little older, but as I said it worked well and we were close to graduation, 12 minutes away. All and all very satisfied. I would recommend. »

« Hôtel très proche du parc Six Flags. Acceptable dans ce niveau de prix. Petit déjeuner moyen et le principal problème, comme presque dans tous les hôtel de cette catégorie aux USA, Les assiettes, couverts et verres tout en plastique jetable, ça fait vraiment mal au cœur de voir tout ce plastique utilise une seule fois et jeté à la poubelle, c’est inadmissible et incompréhensible qu’en 2025 ce soit autorisé. »

« Room wasn’t to bad. Beds were comfortable. Was there for Navy graduation. Location was very close to everywhere I needed to be. »

« Very clean & staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Bkfst was mediocre quality, but the staff was working hard to make sure there was a lot of it available. Bed and pillows were incredibly soft - zero support. Felt like sleeping on nothing. Would've been better off using my backpack for a pillow and sleeping on the floor. »
