I forgot to turn off my room air conditioning and the front door and I received a call if I allows her to go inside and turn off the AC and the door. I really forgot it , I never turn off my AC at my home. I apologize for it . After that my family enjoyed being there. On the other hand the beach, and business are close. »

« This was our best family vacation yet! Foreign travel with large groups comes with all kinds of issues, and this place solved them all. Driver and chef were great! Took our logistics and food complications out completely. Pool and beach were perfect for our group of 11 ranging from ages 15-58. Loved this experience because of this place and their host offerings. »

« The hacienda was spectacular, reminiscing of something out of a movie. They have plenty of beds for a large group such as ours. There are plenty of bathrooms so you don't need to rush as someone may be waiting to use it. Our hostess, Dani, speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were handled.
