The Space:

This stunning villa offers expansive balconies that provide truly breathtaking panoramic views of the azure blue and the majestic surrounding mountains. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or even small corporate retreats, the villa features a total of five beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own private retreat.



On the ground floor-A spacious dining area offers plenty of room for everyone to gather and share delicious meals, while two inviting living rooms provide multiple areas to relax, socialize, or watch your favorite movies.



For entertainment, the basement houses a full-size billiards table, adding an extra dimension of fun for both kids and adults alike. Step outside, and you’ll find a large, beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or simply enjoying the fresh air and stunning views.



On the upper floor-Bedroom 1 is a serene sanctuary, complete with a queen-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that features modern fixtures and finishes. Bedroom 2 also offers a queen-sized bed, making it ideal for couples or friends traveling together. Bedroom 3 is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable single bed, perfect for children or solo guests seeking privacy. Bedroom 4 is a versatile space with a queen-sized bed and an additional double sofa bed, plus its own ensuite bathroom, offering flexibility for families with children or groups needing extra sleeping arrangements. Finally, Bedroom 5 features a queen bed along with a single sofa bed, providing a cozy nook for both rest and relaxation.



Three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring that you’ll enjoy maximum comfort regardless of the season, while the fourth one has a ceiling fan and the fifth (the smallest one) a portable fan.



The villa boasts four well-appointed bathrooms to cater to every guest’s needs—three of them with walk-in showers and one with a whirlpool bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing or beach adventures. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

The island’s main settlement and port, Vathy (18km), welcomes visitors with its picturesque, amphitheatrical harbor, dotted with colorful fishing boats that gently bob on the water.
