My home is a brand new 3 bedroom home covered in beautiful pine board walls, ceilings and floors throughout. The open floor plan creates a spacious yet cozy atmosphere and the bedrooms leading to the common space brings everyone together in an instant.


The living area, open kitchen and dining room let in beautiful natural light through a multitude of windows on all sides (including the bedrooms) and the adjustable lighting throughout the ceiling help you set whatever mood you need.

Although you are only 13 minutes from town, you will be transported to your own world overlooking the woods on the back porch on the loveseat that goes perfect with morning coffee, or enjoying a little twilight bonfire.
You’re staying right at the end of a beautiful trail (that used to be an old railroad track!) and super close to *so many* other beautiful trails in and around Ithaca.
We allow dogs (other pets at owners discrepancy)
