The place
This is a two-story fully furnished, luxurious villa in the beautiful area of ​​Pefki, Evia.
Pefki is located in the northern part of Evia, two and a half hours (approximately 200 km) from Athens International Airport, and is famous for its magnificent sunsets and crystal clear waters.

The two-story Sea Echoes villa is 222m2 and accommodates 14 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are master bedrooms. The villa is intended for groups of friends or large families seeking a luxurious stay with privacy.

The villa is located on the sea, on a 1600 sq m plot bordering the beach without a road, fully renovated (July 2024), with an endless view of the sea with a magnificent sunset. The villa has a very large pergola, under which is housed a facility with a barbecue, kitchen and sofas, where guests can spend beautiful moments of relaxation.

The ground floor includes four independent studios (two of which have the possibility of internal communication with a connecting door), each with its own kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator and air conditioning.

The first floor includes a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The villa is equipped with brand new furniture, top-of-the-line Mediastrom mattresses, five smart TVs with Cosmote TV and Disney-plus, with pay-per-view channels for adults and children. The villa is kid-friendly and pet-friendly. It has a children's swing, cradle, playpen, highchairs and toys.
