« Beautiful place to stay, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the AC was a lifesaver in the Turkish heat. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. And the cats that hang around out front are simply gorgeous. There is a lovely terrace with ample seating and the hotel is conveniently located near yildiz metro and 10 minutes walk from migroa supermarket and not much further to ortakoy waterfront. « This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for a luxury apartment, but what we received was the complete opposite — a very poor, dirty and badly maintained room that was nowhere near the standard we had paid for. The worst part was that we found bed bugs in the room. We were moved to another room, but the replacement room was also extremely poor, dirty and far below the standard we had booked and paid for....
