Great hotel, let down by breakfast service
"The Orient is beautiful, in a lovely part of Jerusalem, with amazing views from the pool. The only downside is the very poor, chaotic service at breakfast. Items, including gluten free and dairy products aren’t labelled properly, getting service is very difficult, tables are cleared slowly."
