Photo is from the entryway and is what will greet you as soon as you open the door. Had one of the best views and it was nestled near the end of the island so it was relatively quiet. It was clean and had all the things in the listing. Had a minor issue with a jammed blind but otherwise perfect.If you're looking for a place to get away as a couple this spot may be it.

Location and amenities were great. Bed was awful, and couches in living room were well beyond needing replaced. Spiral staircase is in a dangerous place for tall tenants.

Quick get away
We had a nice relaxing vacation. We loved staying on the 3rd floor and watching the stars on the upper deck every night! The condo was well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The walk to the beach couldn't have been easier. We'd stay in this unit a again.

Romantic 1br well appointed and exceptionally clean. Excellent ocean view from a unique crow’s nest feature above but poor view from the porch; a sliver between two buildings. Elevator out of order. Don’t bring much luggage if you’re older.

The location and interior updates were wonderful. Everything you need was there. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. So many bonuses with this property-3rd floor condos/apt. have their own private rooftop balconies. Only complaint of the apt we stayed in was the couches need replacing. Great place!

We'll Be Back
So great to walk into a REALLY clean place, then take a few steps and you have the best ocean view on the East Coast. We love Port O' Call and the 300 Level of Buildings B & F. The owners of B-301provide all the amenities for a vacation stay (but a Keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition). We come to Isle of Palms for the view and the location, and we got the best of both. Thank you. Owners/Management - please note that the cleaning crew had the place immaculate when we walked in.

Loved the condo and view
Everything was wonderful, fabulous view, lovely condo. My two request would be to switch sheets to a higher thread count as they were scratchy and uncomfortable. Toilet paper was like sandpaper.

Beautiful, serene getaway
The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. We both agreed that we had the best views of the ocean - EVER!! (& we are in our 50's and have spent great amounts of time at beaches).
We had everything we needed. Even though the weather was not great (March lived up to it's reputation), we were able to look out at the beach even when it was too windy or cold to be on the beach.
Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us...it was truly a world away from our crazy, hectic work lives.

Great time, wished the basics were in the unit such as salt and pepper. The bed wasn’t clean linens which was a very big negative. Found hairs and you could just tell it wasn’t washed. Amazingly though the peace and ocean made up for it!

When we arrived at 4 PM, check in time, the security guard at the entrance had no record of our reservation and I had to call the VACASA to resolve the issue. When we arrived at the Villa at check-in time, the Villa had not been cleaned and the housekeeper was just arriving. It was 530 pm before we could get into the Villa. These issues did not make a great start to our vacation.
Otherwise the villa had a great ocean front view, clean and the rest of the time was very good.

You can’t beat the view and location! Loved staying here and waking up to the ocean. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Despite a few previous reviews I thought the condo was very clean and the Management company had fantastic communication via email/text and app (I knew exactly what to expect and plan for for upon arrival, at the unit, and checking out). All very easy and straightforward.
I’d definitely recommend downloading the Vacasa app if you stay here! It has all the instructions as well as wifi, confirmation codes, access codes, etc all in one place. However, I was also texted and emailed all of the same information ahead of time.
There were starter paper goods (2 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, and some dishwashing and laundry detergent). For 2 people staying 3 nights we found it to be plenty and did not need to buy more.
Overall a GREAT trip made seamless!

The location of the unit is great. However, when we checked in the unit is very run down! All of the air conditional vents in the ceiling were missing and it was absolutely disgusting to see. I contacting the property manager and they said that someone was supposed to have called me to let me know that the vent covers would not be there during our stay. I would have cancelled had I known. To see the dirt and mold coming out of the vents was gross. I have pictures for you to see! It truly ruined out stay. One of the vents is above the king bed. We were there for 4 nights. This is the first time I have been unhappy with our VRBO selection.

Amazing location
Overall the place is great. I had one discomfort with the heating system that on my opinion is too noisy. On New year we had to run a bit the heating. My husband did not bother so 50% of us did not have a problem. Also there is no heated pool around, so over the winter months you are not going to swim there. Besides that, the location is amazing. We had an internet problem and I wasted more than 1 hour following the recommendations from the paper given at check in. At the end I called and I learned that it was a problem with the main supplier. It lasted about 2 hours and after that, everything went well. When you call windham just remember that is a central call point that dispatches you to the local office so tell them first that you are in Isle of Palms South Carolina not the unit 301B :0))).

Great Location - Needs Maintenance
My wife and I booked this condo after previously renting other units in Port-O-Call. All others, however, were privately owned and rented directly through Wild Dunes.
Pros: Views and proximity to ocean/beach are outstanding. Port-O-Call is a great location for those wanting to sit back and relax away from "main" areas. The unit was surface-level clean, and Vacasa (rental company who owns it) sent out numerous auto-emails.
Cons: The unit is in need of maintenance (beyond surface cleaning). Significantly pealing paint, cracked ceilings, mold on doors / ceiling vents, tile grout needs deep cleaning (shower, floors), dirty walls, furniture showing signs of many years' rental use, etc, etc. Again, the unit was obviously cleaned, but it's clear this unit has been in set-it-and-forget it mode for a while. After arriving, we sent pictures of the above through the company's auto-text system, but just received a "thank you for your feedback". Depending on your preferences, we also found that renting through a large rental company wasn't as accommodating as a private owner / Wild Dunes. Some may like having everything handled through auto-text, but it's just not our style. Very impersonal and inflexible.

Poor management, cleanliness, and TERMITES!
First impression: Room was what was expected, wish I would have known needed to supply Toilet Paper as one roll for the week wouldn't be enough. Bed sheets were not clean, there was a stain on the main comforter and crumbs on the sheets in the pull out sofa. The first evening (Saturday) there were a few bugs in the living room that we killed before turning in for the night. Second night there were a few more so I brought out the vacuum to get them. This seemed to disturb them within the wall and termites started coming out from around the window. There were probably a couple hundred that came out, and no amount of vacuuming them out would stop them as who knows how many were within the wall. We contacted the after hours emergency number but all they could do was tell us that they left a message with the property manager as he was not responding, but should respond to us within 90 minutes. It was already almost 9pm at night so we booked a hotel and left. At 9am the next morning I had to show up at Vacasa's main office to still get an answer. When I arrived at 9:30 they still had not heard of our issue and no one had still contacted us after over 12 hours. It then took them 3 hours to determine where they could even move us for the remaining 5 nights of our stay. They then asked us for the cost of the hotel, and were going to comp us only one night for the Palms as that price was a little higher. After arguing that they at minimum needed to also include the hotel as well which would add up to one night free, instead of basically a $50 discount for one night for our inconvenience. Worse service and management I have ever encountered. Numerous times by different people (local and on the phone with their California and Florida office) I was told the property manager and office manager would get back with us...it never happened!
