Yacht Harbor Condominiums are unique, featuring a large screen porch, beautiful views of the marina, an exclusive swimming pool on Morganâs Creek, and a quick walk to the Isle of Palms Marina where your family will find two outstanding restaurants, kayak tours/rentals, boat rentals, and our favorite the Barrier Island Eco Tour. If you are heading to the beach, it is an easy bike ride along paved paths lined with ancient oaks.
401 Yacht Harbor is well-appointed and is the perfect vacation getaway. The floor plan is light-filled and open spaces with nice details, such as hardwood floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances. A dining area adjoins the living room and kitchen with glass doors opening to the private screen porch--a great set-up for your family to gather after a fun beach day. The large master bedroom, featuring a king bed, also accesses the screen porch and has a private bath. The guest bedroom is also spacious. It features a queen bed and has a private bath.
Ideally located, 401 Yacht Harbor is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivanâs Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivanâs Island (2.2 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (4.2 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (12.4 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States, and offers some of the worldâs finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September The pool is not heated. The hot tub is closed until winter 2025.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
