Isle of Palms Sea Cabins 208A Fancy Like vacation rental was just renovated! This beautiful oceanfront condo beach rental is located in Sea Cabins On The Ocean building A, just steps from the beach with a pool and fishing pier. Located in the heart of downtown Isle of Palms. Walking distance to all of the local restaurants, live music and night life. Enjoy the ocean views while sipping coffee from your balcony.

One queen size bed in the bedroom, two small bunk beds in the hallway, and a hideaway bed in the living room couch. Private Balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

There are two smart TVs, one in the den and one in the bedroom. There is no cable service, so you will need your streaming logins to use (Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, YouTube TV, etc.)

There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.

There is a grocery store near by if you need more during your stay. There is also a coin operated private laundromat on site next to the pool.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 1 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

The unit was redone and clean. The outside of the building, not the unit needed painting. The twin beds were bunkbeds made for toddlers not adults. Good restaurants nearby and the area felt very safe. Great view of the ocean

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. This property is really good. My only complaint was that we found a few palmetto bugs throughout the condo. We were able to kill them and dispose of them. When I let management know via photo, they gave a thanks and that they'd schedule pest control but there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation with us.

we've been staying at the sea cabins for years, every trip a new sea cabin and THIS unit is by far my favorite. loved having 2 couches for our fam to relax, the chairs on the porch were so comfy, great shower and nice bed. kitchen had everything we needed and was laid out super nicely. all appliances worked perfectly. being on 2nd floor is great bc ocean view is perfect plus not too many stairs. communication with prop manager was perfect. had a small issue in the bathroom and they came to fix it within minutes. will absolutely be rebooking this seacabin.

We LOVED our stay on Isle of Palms. Our place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Lots of bath towels, kitchen stocked nicely, lovely decor. The property manager responded promptly when we noticed the bathroom sink was slow to drain, and took care of the problem right away. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the beach was right there, just steps from our place. Be prepared to take stairs with your luggage, but we were aware of this and it was not a problem for us. Tip: bring an eye mask as the bedroom doesn’t get real dark due to the outdoor light seeping in through the blinds. But overall we were very impressed with our accommodations and the location was amazing!
