Located just 100 yards from the ocean, and surrounded by towering oaks and swaying palms, this peaceful hideaway offers the perfect setting for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable island living.
From her brand-new pool and spa deck, to breezy interiors filled with natural light, The Laurel House was designed for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, and starlit evenings.
Sleeping Arrangements
Comfortably sleeping 10 guests, The Laurel House features 4 bedrooms spread across two levels.
Main Floor:
• Bedroom 1: KING bed + ensuite bath
• Bedroom 2: KING bed + ensuite bath
• Bedroom 3: Custom bunk room with 2 QUEEN beds (bottom) + 2 TWIN beds (top), with direct access to full hall bath
Upstairs Primary Suite:
• KING bed, private ensuite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower
• Sitting area, perfect for a quiet retreat
Outdoor Living
• Heated private pool & spa (optional add-on)
• Screened porch with lounge seating for shaded afternoons
• Multiple outdoor areas ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails
• 1 block from beach access
• Ping pong table, beach chairs, beach cart, & propane grill
