Fabulous first floor Oceanfront Mariner's Walk condo with pool access

From the minute you walk into this fabulous 1st floor condo and see the dunes and ocean right outside your door, you will fall in love with the SC Lowcounrty! This property is all about Views, Views, Views! While it may be hard to take your eyes off the stunning ocean view right outside your door, we have tried to make our special get away a truly peaceful and calming place to spend our time.
The newly renovated kitchen is large and spacious - leading you straight to the dining and living space. All painted in soft beachy blue/greens and soft greys. The downfilled sofa and comfy swivel club chairs are perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun - Or you can choose to just hang out on the porch and watch the gulls fly by.
The large master and private bath with walk in shower also opens onto the porch and those wonderful views. As always, we have dressed the bed in soft 100% cotton sheeting and duvet covers - the softest possible - just in case you spend too much time in the sun.
The second bedroom has 2 full beds, also dressed in all cotton bedding, and has it's own bathroom with tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have large smart TV's.
Of course we have high speed internet so work can be done if you must!
The Mariner's Walk oceanfront door is just steps from your front door and the communal grilling area is right next to the pool.

It was a very nice condo, perfect for our trip with our friends.Some issues with the kitchen sink, the issues were addressed quickly when we first got there, but the same issues came up later in our stay, which made using the kitchen sink difficult.Cushions on the outside chairs etc could use some love. Other than that it was a beautiful stay, would stay again.Host was very kind and helpful.

Time to remodel the unit

The hosts were fantastic! Responded quickly! The unit is in need of repairs and update. Dishes and utensils were dirty a lot of the pans and pots were rusted and not usable. Some of the appliances were in bad shape. The location was great and close to the beach. Note: there is only a few local stations on the TV and no basic cable channels.

Perfect for families!

We traveled in with our two 3 year olds and it was truly the perfect stay on IOP! Close to everything, including easy, private beach access. It is also directly across the street from the pool. It was also a fun surprise to have board games and lots of reading materials. We would stay again and again! Thanks for everything!

Screen porch was amazing along with quick accessibility to the beach. Stay was very easy and everything was as described. Appreciated the cleanliness as that is the first thing that can negatively impact a vacation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient!

Best family getaway

We had the best stay! The condo is decorated beautifully. Very comfortable for a family of 4 or two couples. The view is gorgeous. I was worried about it being too hot in July, but the breeze off the beach was amazing. We sat on the screened porch every night. The proximity to the beach and pool made getting outside so convenient!

Beautiful view and awesome beach!

The condo is clean, comfortable, with an attractive interior, but the back porch overlooking the ocean is where I spent most of my time when I wasn't on the beach. The view is spectacular, and it feels very private for a condo. Occasionally someone will walk past on the boardwalk, but for the most part, it's an unimpeded view of the waves. The location is great because you can zip into Charleston, which we did. We also went to a Riverdogs baseball game and toured Patriot's Point. But the best part for me is the beach. Even at high tide, you have plenty of sand to stretch out in, and it's not crowded. Beth was quick to respond to my inquiries, and we had no problems during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful property, with easy access to the beach. Even though we typically try to spend most of our time on the beach, this property had us sitting on the screened in porch, enjoying the ocean view during our trip.
