It is well stocked with all necessary tools and accessories. There is an all day drinks station with a coffee maker, tea kettle and a wine cooler for all your drinks, liquors and more. A large pantry will hold a week's worth of groceries easily.

The sunroom is versatile and can be used as a separate TV room, a kids play space or as an office. Guests will find lots of toys, games and a smart tv with multiple channels.

The brand new screened in porch is a lovely inviting space to have a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. A gas grill is provided for our guests to use.
