Welcome to your top-floor hideaway in Wild Dunes, where the beach is the star of the show. This updated end-unit condo sits on the third floor of Building I in the Tidewater Villas, and it’s made for kicking back, slowing down, and soaking up those jaw-dropping Isle of Palms views.

Step inside to a roomy foyer that leads into an eat-in kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or a late-night snack, which opens right up to the living room and screened porch. Grab a drink and head out to the porch, where you can keep an eye on the sparkling community pool below (reserved just for Tidewater owners and guests).

Now for the fun part: a spiral staircase winds up to a cozy loft and a roof-level lookout balcony. Set your alarm for sunrise, because this is the best seat in the house. Only third-floor units have this bonus loft and lookout deck, so consider yourself one of the lucky ones! (Just a heads-up: the loft and rooftop are reached by the spiral stairs only, with no elevator access.)

With two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a smart TV in the loft, there’s room for the whole crew. Plush pillows and new bedding mean everyone gets a great night’s sleep after a long day in the sun. The Wild Dunes gated community provides seclusion while only being minutes from the Downtown Charleston hustle and bustle. The Tidewater Villas community has a private pool for its residents on-site which is open seasonally April-end of September (pool not heated or cooled).

Condo complex elevator is an added convenience. Like any mechanical system, it may occasionally be out of service without notice, and its availability cannot be guaranteed. Elevator outages are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
