The open concept kitchen is a chef’s dream! This stylish and bright area is the perfect place to enjoy your time with your family & friends. Help yourself to the fully-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen to start each day off right.

** OUTSIDE SPACE **
You’ll find plenty of space in the back yard for children to run around and play while you sit on one of the outdoor furniture sets and sip a hot cup of coffee. This is outdoor living at its finest! Enjoy the shade provided by a few of Charleston’s famous live palm trees and take in the ocean breeze.

Guests can enjoy full access to the upstairs property and all its amenities, including the bright kitchen, large yard, wifi, Smart TV's and beach gear. There’s parking for one-vehicle during your stay.

🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🏙️ Noise Notice:
This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units, vertical noise transfer might happen.
Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
