Welcome to Easy Breezy! The name says it all! This beautifully updated 5 bedroom-4 bath home has top notch finishes in the brand new kitchen and baths. Throughout the bright and open floor plan, you will find sophisticated, yet comfortable décor with a relaxing vibe. The pool is your very own private oasis and is easily accessible from the living room, kitchen and primary suite. There are no stairs from the exterior, including to the pool. This is ideal for guests with little ones or those that don’t get around as easily as they once did. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, and only a short stroll to the beach, this home combines luxury and convenience.

Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a comfortable place to enjoy your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the pool and private yard. There’s also a large TV for those rainy days or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, there’s a sitting room with comfortable chairs. This is a nice spot for quiet conversation. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests.

Kitchen:
Fully renovated and modern kitchen with smart appliances, including a refrigerator, double oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. When it’s time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need. There’s access to the pool from the klitchen so you can easily grab a cold drink or a snack.

Bedrooms:
1) King primary bedroom with ensuite that includes a soaking tub, large shower, and double vanity. There’s also access to the pool deck. The primary suite is the only bedroom on that side of the home.
2) Second King bedroom includes an ensuite with a large shower. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
3) First Queen bedroom has direct access to the hall bath.
4) Second Queen bedroom has access to hall baths
5) Twin bedroom has access to a private deck and the hall baths.

1) King primary ensuite with soaking tub, shower and double vanity

For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed outside the home. This includes a video doorbell at the front door and a security camera mounted near the garage door facing the driveway. These devices are used strictly to monitor property access. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the property.

Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
