The spacious, dog-friendly home is supremely close to the beach - walk down the street to a beautiful City of Isle of Palms beach access point and have your toes in the sand within 2 minutes of leaving the home. Once you get to the beach, it is no problem if you forgot something at the house, need to use the bathroom or want to make sandwiches for lunch for the kids. Just stroll back to the nearby house with ease. The home's close proximity to the beach also makes it easy to pack in more walks (or runs!) on the beach, more seashell & sharks teeth explorations, more sandcastle building expeditions and, most importantly, more quality together time for you & your family.
This 4 bedroom home provides families with a peaceful & private beach retreat with its fun & vibrant artwork and interior design. Rainbow Reef features numerous seating & common areas inside & outside the home, providing you and your guests with plenty of room to socialize together or have the option to decompress & relax all on your own. All of the rooms of the home -- but for the primary suite -- are located on the lower level of this elevated home. The primary suite, with its own private covered balcony, bathroom and sitting area, occupies the entire upper level of the home. Your kids will love catching up with one another in the bunk bedroom!

- Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including range, refrigerator, dishwasher & a red microwave), a tiled backsplash, hardwood floors and white cabinetry.
- Open floor plan layout between the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
- Large, banquette-style dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 6 available at the outdoor table on the screened porch.

Guests enter Rainbow Reef by taking the steps from the driveway to the front porch and entering the front door of this elevated home. On the lower level of this home, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, screened porch, guest suite, bunk bedroom, guest bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom. On the second floor you will find the primary suite with access to a private, covered balcony. Washing machine & dryer are located on the lower level near the kitchen.
DOGS CONSIDERED, DOG FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for my family of 6 adults and a 1 year old plus our fur babies. The beach was just steps away which was fantastic. I would recommend this house to anyone and I look forward to renting their house again!

The home was in great condition. Clean. Furniture was comfortable and ample enough for our family of seven. Kitchen utensils were better than most rentals. Good wine glasses. We used the bikes and ping pong. There were also beach supplies available. A cart, chairs. If there were table games, we didn’t see them so bring your own Scrabble.

We had a good stay, two small children five adults. In Charleston for a family wedding. Everything was good. We did have a problem that the cable was cut on Thursday afternoon. I texted and had a hard time trying to convey to the mgt what was going on. I asked that they call me several times and they never did. We were without Internet for two days. That was a little tough when you have two small children cause sometimes you need the TV to keep them occupied while you’re trying to get ready.

We had a fabulous experience with the rental! Steven and Sarah were great at communicating via text and email, and they even left us a welcome note with some wine and cookies upon our arrival. How thoughtful! I was pleasantly surprised by this home! There were no reviews, as it was a new rental, so I was hoping the photos and description were accurate. We arrived to find the home even better than expected! It was easy to relax here because the home was SO CLEAN and thoroughly comfortable, from the open floor plan, to the extra large sofa, to the roomy bedrooms and comfy beds. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and made for a fabulous gathering place for our family of 8 (four generations, ages 4 to 80!). The second floor suite was perfect for “great grandma” to have peace and quiet when she wanted. (But most of the time, she wanted us to join her on her private porch for coffee, wine, and solving life’s problems. ) The stroll to the beach was pleasant (tree covered) and shorter than I anticipated. For families with very young children, there is a wagon under the house for convenience (which we did not need to use…really, the stroll was short.) And speaking of “under the house”, what a nice surprise to find a large shower, ping pong table, fooseball table, many beach chairs, and sand toys for our use. The space under the house is great for fun time,especially on rainy days. I highly recommend this gem!

Beach break
We needed a relaxing get away and we got one. Very nice home. Clean. We had everything. The beach was beautiful and we practically had it to ourselves. We had four deer to walk through the yard. Thank you for sharing your home
