Guests enter Going Coastal by entering the front door in the carport area of the home and taking the stairs to the first floor of this elevated home. On the first floor, you will find four of the home's five bedrooms -- each with their own private bathroom -- and a den with queen sized sleeper sofa. You may access the covered deck off the first floor of the home from the den and two of the first floor bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find the home's large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a half bath tucked away behind the kitchen. The home's master suite is located just off of the living room. Best of all, the screened porch stretches alongside the entire width of the back of the home and has stunning views of the lagoon below. A stairwell on the second-level screened deck takes you to the home's observation deck, which features sweeping views of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

The house was perfect for our trip! We had a lot of girls on this trip, so many bathrooms to use was a major plus! The house was extremely clean and spacious. The host was very quick to respond and extremely helpful! There was a minor flaw from the last visitors that needed to be fixed, and the host had amazing communication with us regarding when the handyman was coming to fix it! Very quick and helpful! The neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. We had no worries about safety in this area. The host was AMAZING! I would definitely stay here with a group again! The kitchen was great, fridge was spacious, bathrooms were clean and big, and AC was perfect!

Everything was so nice! The house had it all! Clean kitchen, several utensils/pots/dishes. We overpacked because we did not realize it would come stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing soap, detergent- all the extras! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was huge for us when you’ve got such a large group! I would highly recommend ‘Going Coastal’ to anyone visiting near the Charleston/Isle of Palms area!

We had 5 couples on our trip. This house was perfect! Each couple had their own private bathroom, which everyone loved! The beds were comfortable & there was plenty of hot water for everyone’s shower. The living room/dining room/kitchen was a great & roomy area for everyone to hang out. We also loved hanging out on the nice deck just outside the dining area. We had several cooks with us, and they were pleasantly surprised at the nice cookware supplied in the house. We all agreed that was not the norm. We brought some cookware with us & didn’t even need to unpack ours. The walk to the beach truly is a short one. I made it in 4 minutes. The beach was really nice. We even saw 3 live starfish that we helped back into the water. The pool area was nice as well, and it’s only a 2 minute walk away. Our trip was perfect, and this house was a big part of that! We’re saving our information on this property!

Family Wedding getaway

We had a wonderful stay here for a family wedding. The house was spacious, clean and right by the beach! We had 12 people staying at the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. My only suggestion would be that they could have stocked more dishwashing tabs, toilet paper and laundry detergent as we ran out of all of these items during our 4 night stay with our large crowd.

Perfect Family Getaway

We, along with our adult children, spouses, and grandchildren enjoyed this home so much. It was perfectly laid out for everyone's comfort. It was a gift for everyone to have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked, which was important to me. The walk to the beach is very easy. I appreciated the almost-immediate response from the property management if I had a question. We will definitely be back!

Owners Stingy with the basics

We loved the house and location. The five bedrooms with own bathrooms was definitely a plus. What we did not like: Only two parking spaces for 12 people coming from all over despite plenty of parking in the driveway and it looked like the ability for owners to purchase 5 passes . Despite the fact that we were renting for four nights… only one facecloth, drying towel and shower towel per person. Very very limited paper towels and toilet paper…..we had to go and purchase our own. Same goes for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. My son was also on a pull out couch and they provided no pillows or warm blanket for it. Very nice house but had we not have to worry about basic things that would have cost not too much money it would have been much better. Sometimes it is just the little things!

Great house and community

Perfect set up for couple with adult family. Kitchen was nicely equipped to make breakfast daily. Loved all the decks with comfy seating. The resort is a great place to vacation. Short walk over to the beautiful beach, and a nice pool within the community also. Enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lagoon and fountain, watching the gator . Helpful to have the beach chairs there too. Beds/ bedding comfortable, plenty of pillows, a/c and appliances all worked well. The rooftop deck was a nice touch, great view to the ocean. Well maintained property. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean and in great location. Everything worked. The extra beach chairs and cart to take them were very helpful! Suggestions: Separate ice machine, allow for more than 2 cars parking at a time as long as not protruding into road and under building. Also, third floor had trouble keeping air conditioner at 75F during afternoon/early evening.

Enjoyed the property and proximity to the beach. Appreciated the number of bathrooms and everyone in the house was able to have their own room and bathroom. House is a bit more on the dated side, and couches need to be replaced - there were slip covers that were not shown on the pictures that make the couches uncomfortable to sit on. However, all in all a great stay and house for a group!

Family Vacation for 12

The house has great space for families! The pool is around the corner and the beach access is very close. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located. (30-40 minutes to most activities in and around Charleston) Please note, you can only park 2 cars at the house! This was definitely a struggle for a family our size coming from multiple places. The gate security was great at helping us with parking concerns.

Perfect Stay for Girls Trip

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The house is in a great location, quiet, and easy to get to. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all the girls to get ready and not feel crowded. We also cooked breakfast and some dinners at the house and they had mostly all the items we needed to cook. The house was homey and very comfortable for our weekend. We also used the pool one of the days and it was a short walk from the house making it super convenient. Overall, really happy with this booking and would recommend it for larger groups wanting to stay in a more low key part of South Carolina, but still a close drive to downtown Charleston!

Great spot for families with adult or teen kids

We visited Isle of Palms with our adult children. This house has plenty of room to spread out and relax and has great wifi to support various folks online at once. All the appliances were new and the A/C worked well. The beach here is very nice (not too crowded) and is a quick walk from the house. Also loved the bike/jogging path and the rooftop deck. Would heartily recommend this property for groups with older kids or several adults.
