When you book this idyllic home away from home, you are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool. Isle of Palms features a recreation center just outside its gates which also boasts new pickleball courts, basketball courts, outdoor sports fields, a playground, and an inside gymnasium.



This lovely condo is perfect for small families or groups, couples, and even solo adventurers. Prepare mouthwatering meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Then, spread out comfortably in the living room and stream a favorite show on the smart TV before heading outside to try the pool or visit the beach. If you are more of a stay-at-home folk, you can brew some coffee and enjoy it on the screened porch. This spot is ideal for lunches and dinners, playing board games, or maybe napping. This condo has one primary bedroom, which has direct access to the porch and an en suite bathroom.



THINGS TO KNOW

Guests are to use the tennis courts and fitness center at the IOP Recreation Center. The fitness center and tennis courts in the resort are for members only, not guests.



**Notice: Sand renourishment work will be ongoing on the beach nearby from Mid-July through Mid-September. Beach is open but will have some construction areas and obstructions.
