« WOW! What a stunning place! Which we highly recommend a stay here. From when you initially arrive at the property and travel down the drive you can see the wonderful gardens and beautiful views. « Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. Lastly id like to comment for more awareness than anything, whilst trying to sleep there were a few people that were trying to get into our bedroom, which...

« Nobody there... We received an email saying we should contact them if we thought coming in after 21h00. The same is said on the hotels.com app. We came in at 19h30. There was nobody to give us our room. Nobody answered the doorbell. Nobody answered the téléphone. We tried to contact someone to give us a room for 45 min, then, with no life signs from anyone, we switched hotel. »
