Family fun and memory making are awaiting you at this perfectly located cabin on the exclusive Bills Island in Island Park - a hidden gem. You have your own private lake front setting with your own private dock for boating, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, watching the sunsets and gazing at the stars. For those who love the snow, the home comes with a large 3-car garage to store your vehicles of choice (snowmobiles), along with easy access to open terrain.

Paddle boards, kayaks and life jackets are included with the cabin. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and enjoying an evening by the lake.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main cabin and each contain a queen bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom. There is a large loft over the detached garage that can sleep 8. Ideal for the kids! The loft is stocked with games and a ping pong table as well as a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make meals while enjoying your fun filled days at the lake or exploring Island Park and Yellowstone. There is also a grill on the deck just outside the kitchen. The dinning table seats 8 with 5 stools at the kitchen island and 3 additional seats at the bar table just behind the dinning table (16 total inside). Outside you will find a nice deck and a picnic table for a large group.

There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The cabin also comes with WiFi for you to stream your favorite shows on the family room TV or to check email, play on an iPad or for those pesky teenagers who can’t look up from their phones.

The location is absolutely perfect! It is a 35 min drive to West Yellowstone. Out your back door, you can enjoy some of the best fly fishing in the country, miles and miles of ATV trails, boating, jet skiing, swimming, mountain biking and just taking in the great outdoors.
