The Bay Harbor condo community is a four building complex with a community pool, tennis courts, exercise room and Marina. This unit in particular comes with access to an 18k boat lift to keep your boat for the duration of your stay with us. Please note that there is no trailer storage within the community and must be stored offsite. With the location of this community you have quick and easy access to both the ocean and Florida Bay for all boating activities. You are also just down the road from Robbie's, which has an outdoor marketplace, restaurant and the famous "Feed the Tarpon" you may have heard about. This home is a beautifully decorated two bedroom two bathroom second floor condo with immaculate marina and ocean views! The Master bedroom has a large walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, comfortable king sized bed and direct access to the private screened in patio. The guest bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom as well as a queen and twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials needed to enjoy a home cooked meal away from home.

Walk out the front door, down to the marina and in just minutes you can be be boating in prime fishing waters, where tarpon and other trophy fish are waiting. Or try your luck in the backcountry, where award-winning snook fisheries can be found. Coral reefs are close by, and divers can thrill to the undersea wonders of slowly swimming sea turtles, and flashing schools of colorful fish that dart among the living corals, providing the best experiences that the Keys has to offer.
