The dock has a large fish cleaning table and steps down into the clean water. Enjoy the breeze and the views from the downstairs covered entertaining area. No neighbors across the canal! This home has an elevator for easy access to the second floor (very handy for suitcases and large grocery orders) where you'll find 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. An office/den with custom desk is located just off the kitchen if you need to get some work done. Washer and dryer available on the second floor. Downstairs there is a large den/entertainment area as well as 2 large bedrooms, including a pack and play for little ones, 1 full bath and a kitchenette with full size frig/freezer, coffeepot and microwave. Access the upstairs via outside steps, indoor circular staircase, or the elevator. The house has an outdoor ice machine and a separate bait freezer.
