The Space:

Find your Home Away from Home in this 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath that features high ceilings and an open floor plan for easy conversation.

Stunning hardwood floors accentuate the homes island appeal with warm wood cabinetry topped with granite and modern stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. A covered veranda situated just off the kitchen beckons you out to enjoy the quiet morning with your favorite cup of joe and the tropical island breezes.



Housed on the main floor is a dining area with a table for 4 and additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar.

A comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and a half-bath complete this level.



Up a flight of stairs to the second floor are the Master Suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. The Guest room just down the hall offers a queen bed and a second full bath.



Guest Access:

*Dock space is available to rent - please check slip availability prior to booking. Moored vessels may not exceed a maximum bridge height of 9 Feet, total length of 31 feet, or draft of 3.5 feet.



*Community Kayaks available



Please note, as of Aug 1, 2024. you will no longer be able to store a trailer outside the gate on the grass any longer. Trailers fitting under the carport are able to be stored there. Otherwise, we can recommend local storage lots you can contact.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended while vacationing in The Keys. Convenient covered parking at your door

(parking accommodates two small cars or one large)
