Spectacular property - two stories of true keys paradise in a relaxed basin-front setting. Newly renovated, the property has 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 living rooms, and a tiki cabana flanking the pool! The house sits on a beautiful basin with deep water that houses many manatees in the heart of the Village of Islamorada! This patch of paradise is less than one minute to open water of the Bayside of Islamorada. Super location – a 1 minute walk to many local restaurants. The island has so much to offer - amazing, galleries, shops, restaurants, aqua blue waters, incredible fishing and boating!

Islamorada is an absolute paradise - we love the island and are happy to share the vacation house with guests looking to escape to a patch of heaven in the Keys. The property is exclusively offered as a vacation rental - it is exceptionally clean and easy to enjoy. Designed by award winning Hospitality designers, it has many features which not only rival but exceed hotel accommodations.

There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks included. The waterfront pool is heated to 86 degrees.
There is plenty of parking as well as boat trailer parking onsite.

THIS PROPERTY RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - we strictly adhere to Saturday bookings due to pre-booked cleaning services.

The restaurants within walking distance: Lorelei Restaurant, Islamorada Beer Company, Morada Bay Beach Café, Pierre's Chef Michael's, Kaiyo Grill, Keys Brewery, Bayside Gourmet, Bayside Gourmet, Bitton Bistro and Mangrove Mike’s.

About the owner: Islamorada is absolute paradise - we love the island and happy to share the vacation house with guests looking to escape to a patch of paradise in the Keys. The is property is exclusively offered as a vacation rental so it is similar to staying at a hotel and is exceptionally clean and easy to enjoy. Plenty of parking spaces for vehicles and a trailer. We privately own a total of 5 boutique vacation rentals in Islamorada:

Amazing!

The home was perfect. Our family had an amazing week, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we would want and more. The two walk out master suites on the ground level made it very accessible. The access to water was so fun. We spent quite a bit of our week on kayaks, paddle boards and in the pool. Walking to the corner for sunset at Lorelei's was super convenient and the perfect end to each day. Thanks for a great stay!

Five Star Property - Five Star Location

We had an amazing stay at Islamorada Sway South! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and ideal for our large family vacation. One of the highlights was seeing dolphins and manatees right from the property—such a memorable experience!Chausey, the property manager, was fantastic. He was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We asked if there was a cooler we could use, and he had one ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality!If you're looking for a beautiful, well-located place in Islamorada, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and in order when we arrived. The location is centrally located and close to all the stores and restaurants. The home felt like a private hideaway. Great for boaters too- dock right at the house. Will stay again!

Great Vacation Home

This is our third year visiting at this home and it is always a wonderful experience for our extended family and kids. We have 5 kids (3yo - 10yo) and 6 adults stay comfortably. The location is ideal near shops and restaurants, but secluded and quiet on the bay. We bring a 23' boat that fits easily on the dock. The home is well equipped and owners are thoughtful renters. Highly recommend.

This is not our first time staying at this house and won’t be our last. Location is convenient to walk anywhere you want, the house is amazingly clean and spacious, and the communication with the owner is second to none. Can’t wait for next year!

This place was perfect Location was excellent House was clean and roomy We were pleased to find there were actually 5 full bathrooms (shower and toilet) . The site advertised 4 full and 1 half (no toilet) We had 1 minor issue with the AC but I texted the owner and he handled it immediately

Great Vacation Home

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and that speaks volumes about the property. Since our last stay the owners have made additional upgrades. Clean, fresh, recently renovated, well located, the property is perfect for our crew with 3 generations of a family all staying together enjoying the dock, pool, and proximity to everything Islamorada has to offer.

Best Islamorada Trip to Date!

We’ve been vacationing in the Keys for years, and this was by far the best house, location & host to date! The layout easily supported 3 families, boat dockage for a 30’ boat & trailer storage, and the location offers a short walk to Lorelei & the brewery/distillery, and direct Gulf access & easy ocean access via Whale Harbor or Snake Creek.
