We are located in the mid-way point between the center of town and Punta Cocos. You can walk on the beach to the center of town in 15 minutes, same to Punta Cocos.

There is a store just one block away, as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.

The beach is literally 30 seconds away, just a short block.

Note on the Neighborhood: Active construction is occurring on a neighboring property Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. While we have installed thick, sound-insulating windows, noise is audible in outdoor areas and occasionally from within the rooms. You can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes along the beach, a beautiful walk.

Electricity and phone service can be inconsistent on the island. It is common at times for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns quickly or within a few hours.**

When there is rain, sand streets can get flooded and require walking on higher land or along the beach for an easier and prettier path to town.
