« Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. Iâve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and thereâs nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didnât drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and...

« Couldnât sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also donât do any room cleaning in between says which is strange.
