« This property is ideally located - easy walk to everything you need - shopping, dining, beaches, amusement park, nightlife, etc. We felt safe leaving our kids (ages 9-13) while we went to dinner. The house was well-stocked with towels (we had 11 people and enough towels, toilet paper, etc :) ). Can't wait to come back to Okoboji again! »

« This was our first time using VRBO, and the process worked well. The home we stayed in was nice but I wish it had a few other amenities such as gold lawn chairs that could be used around the fire pit or on the dock while fishing. Some cheap glassware for leftovers during the stay. Water pressure was very low making it hard to wash and rinse long thick hair. But like I said it was my first time using VRBO. »

« Beautuful cottage and nice dock. The kitchen & guest bathroom rugs needed cleaning. Could not watch TV as the signal was always scrambled. The coffee pot needed cleaning from the previous occupant who also left the dishwasher full of dishes. They also left dirty grill tools on the grill. We did enjoy the quiet setting. »

« When we first arrived there was trash in the yard and bushes. As we were bringing things inside we noticed very sticky spots on the floor. The counters were dirty, see attached photo of dirty cleaning wipes we had to buy. We had to vacuum immediately. As we were getting ready for bed, the bedding was dirty. Full of long black hair, chips, and lots of stains. We brought the concerns up with the property manager and she was able to deliver new stuff 4 hours later which was a long time of us...

« Perfect location to be especially for a busy weekend in Boji! All of the action of Arnold's Park is just across the street so there were no struggles with parking. The co do is beautiful and well equipped...would stay again. »
