Nouvel bel appartement dans le centre-ville d'Inverness. C'est un bĆ¢timent vieux de 120 ans mais rĆ©novĆ© aux normes les plus Ć©levĆ©es. Vous allez adorer ma place Ć  cause de son emplacement: accĆØs facile aux attractions historiques et culturelles de la ville, aux restaurants, aux pubs et Ć  quelques minutes du thĆ©Ć¢tre Eden Court.

Sur les murs, vous trouverez des dessins et des peintures originales de l'artiste et photographe local Kevin Macdonald (vous pouvez le contacter pour l'acheter ou acheter par mon intermƩdiaire, qui sera remplacƩ par un nouveau).

DƉTAILS:
Spacieux appartement 1 chambre rez de chaussƩe.
Arrangements de sommeil:
- une chambre avec un grand lit double ou nous pouvons la sƩparer en une chambre double (si vous prƩfƩrez des lits jumeaux, vous devez nous le faire savoir)
- un canapƩ-lit dans le salon (double, 2 couchages).
- un lit de voyage pour bƩbƩ disponible (si nƩcessaire, informez-nous Ơ l'avance!).

La chambre a une armoire, une coiffeuse, deux tables de chevet, un sĆØche-cheveux et une planche Ć  repasser.

LE SALON a une cheminĆ©e Ć©lectrique DIMPLEX optimist commandĆ©e Ć  distance, une tĆ©lĆ©vision intelligente 55 pouces, un canapĆ©-lit et une trĆØs grande table Ć  manger avec 4 chaises (deux tabourets supplĆ©mentaires dans la cuisine).

LA CUISINE est entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e (par exemple, lave-linge, rĆ©frigĆ©rateur congĆ©lateur, micro-ondes, cafetiĆØre, grille-pain 4 tranches, ustensiles de cuisine).
SALLE DE BAIN a une douche moderne, lavabo et toilettes.

L'appartement dispose du chauffage central au gaz et WIFI.
Pour regarder les invitƩs Netflix, vous devez avoir votre propre compte Netflix.

PARKING
Centre-ville strict. Permis de stationnement commercial fourni gratuitement pour la zone C (Place Alexander, Place Ardross, Ardross Terrace, Rue Ardross, May Court, Rue Tomnahurich, Rue Kenneth no 1-17)

S'il n'y a pas de place juste Ơ cƓtƩ de l'appartement, il est plus facile de trouver de la place libre Ơ Ardross St, en face de la cathƩdrale de St Andrews.

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Kamil was an excellent host. Communication was easy and fast. The location of this apartment is perfect. Everything was clean. I would recommend this place anytime.

Kamil had great communication and was always very quick to respond to any questions. The property itself was great, very well maintained, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect with an easy walk into town for dinner, across the street from a grocery store, and quick access to a walk along the River Ness. Parking was a challenge since there were only 6 spots (not available the first night due to poorly parked cars) and there was a considerable amount of garbage on the street/sidewalk near the apartment. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Very convenient location, close to dining and transportation. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood, though. My wife found hair on the bedding, which bothered her some, but otherwise the place was nicely outfitted. Kitchen was very nice, bed was comfortable. Some of the fixtures were difficult to figure out, but everything worked properly and the hosts left a beautiful bouquet of flowers. A little information sheet explaining the operation of the fixtures would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed the place and the lovely town of Inverness.

The unit is very close to the city centre. You are a block from the river and a 5 to 10 minute walk to anything in town. We didnā€™t even move our auto.Kamal was great on communication, suggestions and check in instructions.The unit was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Everything was in good working order.Most of the furnishings are fine. However, the bed has seen better days.The unit itself has been updated, but the building is older.The view out the front is the back of commercial units. Deliveries are occurring on a regular basis. Dumpsters are right there.

This was our first trip to Scotland. The apartment was exactly as pictured and located in the perfect location. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and Kamil was an excellent host. We were within walking distance to many restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. Parking wasnā€™t a problem, even if the spots in front were taken, as there were plenty to be found. We did day trips from here, it was easy to get in and out of the city. We definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was great ā€” exactly as described, super-clean, with a fully-stocked kitchen. The street is quiet, yet thereā€™s a lovely coffee shop just a few doors down, a Tesco 1 block away, several excellent restaurants around the corner (Encore and Prime), and the river and downtown Inverness are a 3 minute walk away. The perfect location. Be sure to walk upstream to the islands in the middle of the river ā€” they are magical. Host brought us fresh towels in the middle of our two-week stay. Could not have been better!

This was a great location. So close to town and all the activities. Right next to a major grocery store, so convenient. Inverness is a nice city. Owner was very responsive and quick to reply. Minor issue with parking when it's busy. Property was comfortable.

This property is great inside; very comfortable, well appointed, etc. The street/alley on which it is located is not picturesque, but the nearby streets along the river are. My biggest complaints are: 1) we were given ā€œstreetā€ vs. ā€œplaceā€ as the address, which messed up our navigation and had us walking in circles after dark with our bags, when we were already under a time crunch to get to a New Yearā€™s Eve event, and the May Court signage is above eye level and not seen after dark - accurate address/directions would help; 2) lock to the door required a certain number of turns plus essentially using the door handle as a deadbolt (which it took my engineer son 20 minutes to figure out) could/should have been explained well in advance; 3) while I fumbled with the door to lock it from inside, a disheveled old man in the street just outside got off his bike and studied me, causing me alarm, and only took off when I called loudly for my son; 4) we were given an outdated wifi password and only stumbled upon a note on a side table in the living room with the right password after several hours; and 5) there were no directions for use of the fireplace and it turned off just after I got it on and was unusable for 2 of the 3 days we were there, until Kamil came over and did something to get it going again. This constellation of factors could have been avoided by better communication/ care. It is unfortunate, as the property itself is great and well located generally for touring.

Location was great. Finding it was a challenge as our GPS couldnā€™t pinpoint exact location. May Court came up but not May Terrace. Once we found the apartment, the parking permit was a definite plus. Apartment was as pictured. Kamil was great at communicating and very helpful!

Our number one requirement for any property is cleanliness and this was spotless. Location gave us a 8-9 easy walk to the train station which we used every day. We like to cook in some nights and everything needed was there, including a large assortment of spices. As a bonus, a Tesco store is less than 1/2 block away, plus a few restaurants. The manager responded to me in minutes, not days, or days like some other rentals.

Loved this place! So close to everything, downtown Inverness, the river, bus/train stations and cafes restaurants. I would highly recommend going to Rocpool, which is on the corner right by the apartment and Black Isle brewery and distillery it is in town on Church street, amazing pizza beer wine cocktails and great atmosphere!
