Stylish Garden Flat Near Loch Ness, ideal for families and groups
Our ground-floor Garden Flat is located in a quiet residential area, with the tranquil River Coiltie flowing right through the back garden, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Renovated to a high standard, the flat has a modern walk-in shower, a brand-new kitchen, and new flooring throughout. We've thoughtfully decorated the space to create a cozy, home-away-from-home atmosphere.
The flat accommodates up to 6 guests, though it is best suited for 4. The spacious main bedroom has a double bed for two adults, while a second, smaller room has a bunk bed perfect for two children. The living room also features a convertible double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the living room and watch a Netflix movie on an HDTV. The flat is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with amenities including:
-A fully equipped kitchen
-A large dining table can be used for workspace.
-An outdoor patio with a picnic table
-Free and secure parking for one vehicle
-Family-friendly items: crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's books, and toys
The Neighborhood
Our flat is on the historic Lewiston Road in the heart of Drumnadrochit. You'll be within easy walking distance of the village's key attractions, including the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre and the Must-see Urquhart Castle. Everything you need is nearby, with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and a petrol station just a short stroll away.
Getting Around
Drumnadrochit is a popular and convenient hub for exploring the Highlands. We are just 12 miles from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, and located directly on the main route to the Isle of Skye.
From your doorstep, you can easily reach:
Walking Distance: Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, the Great Glen Way, and Glen Affric hiking routes.
1-2 Hours Drive: Fort William for Ben Nevis, Glen Coe, the Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, various 'Outlander' filming sites, and numerous whisky distilleries.
Guest Access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, including a private ground-floor entrance. Your stay includes access to the private outdoor patio area and the communal back garden, which offers a beautiful waterfront setting along the River Coiltie. The famous Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle is 4 mins by car or 40 mins walk away.

We live just a couple of minutes away and are happy to provide travel tips or local assistance to make your stay memorable. We provide a Guest Information pack with our personal recommendations for places to eat and visit.
Guest Occupancy: Please ensure you state the correct number of guests when booking so we can prepare the appropriate facilities. The flat is ideally suited for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6. For groups larger than 4, please review the photos of the small bunk room and the living room sofa bed to ensure the arrangements suit your needs.
Sofa Bed: To maximise living space, the sofa bed is kept folded. A complete set of bedding is prepared and stored in a bag. If you would like the bed made up before your arrival, please let us know in advance.
