The back patio is where you will be able to soak in the gorgeous views of the valley. This patio is covered and is one of the true highlights of the property. Sitting out here and enjoying a morning coffee is amazing. Don't be surprised if you have deer paying you a visit throughout the day.
The front patio looks out over the parking lot and is an excellent place to soak in some rays later in the day.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use. You will find them downstairs. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

HOUSE RULES:
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
