PATIO
Being right on the ground floor, you are able to walk straight out and onto the day's adventure. This also makes bringing the dog out a breeze! You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids run around the grass area. The propane grill will work great all year.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

PARKING
You will have access to two above-ground parking spots during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 5 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Great stay, we had everything we needed. Location was perfect, minutes from the beach, walking and biking paths all at the doorstep.

Fantastic 2 night stay - high quality appliances, linen, kitchenware and towels. Unfortunately the pool was closed for 1 day but we appreciated assistance finding an alternative activity. Proximity to the beach was great - just a short walk to see eagles, osprey, swans and ducks.Would return again.
