Upstairs, you’ll find the expansive master suite with its own private balcony, a luxurious ensuite complete with a deep soaking bath, shower and toilet, plus a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A dedicated study and free high speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work or stay connected while you’re away. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in robes are complemented by two stylish bathrooms. The second living area flows effortlessly onto two decked outdoor spaces, each with seating and one featuring a BBQ. A separate games shed is ready and waiting, fully stocked with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts, guaranteeing fun for all ages.

The Little Gem - On the ground level, you’ll find a beautifully appointed self contained area, perfect for grandparents or a couple wanting extra privacy. Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful floorboards throughout. The Queen sized bedroom leads to a spacious bathroom featuring a bath, shower and washing machine.
