« Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site! »

« Première nuit s'était bien passée. Sommes retournés en fin de sejour mais chambre sale, poils et cheveux des clients précédents, sol collant et noir (nos pieds sous la douche s'en souviennent....). Avons du demander le ménage, dommage pour du Hilton et le prix de la nuitée. Petit déjeuner moyen, manque la traditionnelle machine à gauffre, la personne du pdj est au top. »

« The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one. »

« "Cooked to order breakfast" was akin to a McMuffin. The "store" is more like a snack bar. My room faced the interstate; noisy trucks rolling by all night. Housekeeping did not attend to my room for three days out of my seven-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were clean except for the old, dirty rug by the beds. Pool area was clean. Hallways are painted black; my granddaughter said it looked like a haunted house. I would say Aloft is most suited for individuals who just...

« I was on 2nd story and the people in the room on the third floor above us was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep so the rooms are not well insulated. Otherwise the rims were clean and the air conditioner worked good that’s why I gave it a three star. »
