« Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site! »

« The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one. »

« Première nuit s'était bien passée. Sommes retournés en fin de sejour mais chambre sale, poils et cheveux des clients précédents, sol collant et noir (nos pieds sous la douche s'en souviennent....). « My room wasn't ready so I was assigned another room. Keys to room wouldn't work even though they did program several times. They ended up switching rooms which was fine. But the system ended up charging my card 4 times for the room and deposit. They did attempt to void the charges, but every time a charge was removed another one was added as pending. « I reserved the room so my son could have a place to stay after his graduation dinner. He had some friends come over and they didn't allow them to access the builduing and the staff was rude I got him a whole suite so him and maybe who ever was to tired to drive to stay there mind you these were all seniors but yet other people had a party of 10+ and were walking in and out of the property. Staff is not friendly except for maybe the valet personal. I paid almost $300 for a suite that only my son...

« We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less! »
