The pool..not so much, lots of dead bugs and bandaids and it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned at all the entire week we were there. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. »

« The place was clean and staff was nice however there are people hanging out in their cars and in front of the doors smoking . Drinking doing god know what else and slamming doors all night. It was creepy and did not feel safe! However if you reach out to Expedia they do not care. I checked out a day early of my 2 night stay because it was not the star rating they posted. I did not sleep on the uncomfortable beds and with all the little party in parking lot. I asked for a refund for just one...

« They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »

« The front desk associate was very helpful and accommodating, my granddaughter and family came in from Florida to Oak Ridge to attend her mother’s funeral and made sure she had the room we needed since they have 2 small children and had been booked in the room several different occasions. They also made sure her in laws were in the room next to them. Thank you for being so accommodating during a very difficult time. »

« The room cleaning was not done well. Did not replace shower floor towel - just hung it up day after day. Did not wash the vinyl floor. We spilled and wiped it up, the towel was black from dirt. Gross. Staff was not aware what a bed comforter was and gave me a mattress cover. »

« Hotel was updated and clean. Breakfast was good as well as surrounding grounds. Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone from 10:00am until 5:00pm and did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. I was not impressed by how other guests were able to act and impact others in the hotel. Numerous times guests were able to listen to music with cuss words on speakers in the breakfast areas. « Hotel is extremely clean and located in a convenient area near shopping and restaurants, right off interstate 40. The staff is friendly and helpful. My rooms was spacious and very modern. Many USB outlets which made charging very easy. Shower and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Breakfast in the morning was good. Nice swimming pool. I will surely stay here again! »
