The downstairs has an open concept floorplan, and a dining room that's focus is a window which showcases a stunning view of the vineyard and Cayuga Lake. The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counter tops, new appliances, and a gorgeous island. All four bedrooms feature queen beds, and there are two full bathrooms (one on each level) that include showers and hair dryers. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, which has a Roku so you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The house is just steps away from Cayuga Lake's oldest winery, Lucas Vineyards, which is family-owned and run and features award winning wines, knowledgeable staff, wine slushies, a gift shop, & more. Although right next to the winery, this house is tucked away amidst gardens, trees, and a fence, so you'll still have privacy. There is also a small patio area with a table and grill right next to the garden for you to enjoy. Taughannock Falls State Park is a quick 11 minute drive away, and a beautiful 30 minute drive along Cayuga Lake will bring you to downtown Ithaca.
