« First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. « When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »

« The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night »
