Inside, the home features a bright open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The fully updated granite kitchen includes black stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The large dining table comfortably seats eight guests, creating the perfect setting for family dinners, holiday gatherings, and evenings spent together after a day exploring the Adirondacks.

The inviting living room is centered around a warm pellet stove and features a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, creating a cozy atmosphere throughout every season. The main level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom for added convenience.

Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including two bedrooms with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Two full bathrooms on the second floor provide comfort and privacy for larger groups. The public boat launch is located just half a mile away, making it easy to access Fourth Lake and the Fulton Chain of Lakes for boating, fishing, kayaking, and waterfront dining.
