« Clean room. Personable staff. No "amenities" like breakfast, but if only staying for less than 12 hours......great price. »

« The staff is nice, the pool, and hot tub are ok. Everything is good, my issue is it’s old. It’s clean, they keep it smelling ok with some kind of oder neutralizer. If you need a place this works, if you want high quality, not so much. »

« I would have to say, the bed is one of the comfiest ive ever slept in for a hotel bed. Staff was friendly. I did notice some of the fixtures in the bathroom seemed to be loose/not fixed to the wall/door properly or all the way. There was a scuff mark on the wall bad enough the paint was scuffed off. And there apoeared to be water damage to the ceiling above the tube. Everything i noticed was pretty minor and my overall stay was nice. 10/10 will stay again. »

« Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Elevator was a big help. Tube was pretty slippery and hand rail was a little lose. But would definitely stay again »

« Breakfast was good overall ok stay however the property is in need of upgrades. My room had a septic smell, I stayed here for 3 nights and moved next door to a newer different property and slept much better in a newer cleaner property that offered laundry. »

« This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. »

« Staff had just come in from smoking so the ENTIRE lobby smelled like smoke. The next day the lobby smelled like rotten food. The first room I had, had ants. They moved us rooms, the second room, the carpet was coming up, the bedsheets were stained and it smelled. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The air unit was extremely loud and sounded like running water. »
