Stay directly across from Empire Polo Club in a comfortable private casita inside Indian Palms Country Club. Perfect for the concerts, polo, equestrian events, golf, tennis, or a desert getaway, the casita offers an exceptionally convenient home base while still being tucked inside a quiet residential community.

The casita is ideal for one or two guests and features a king-size bed, private full bathroom with tub/shower, independently controlled heat and A/C, strong WiFi with a dedicated extender, desk/workspace, and wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV.

A large walk-in closet provides plenty of room to unpack and includes a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, water cooler, hanging space, and additional shelving. There is also pantry-style storage with doors and a large desk with drawers, so there is plenty of space to settle in rather than live out of a suitcase.

All of the windows have coverings, and the casita can be made quite dark for sleeping by closing the bathroom and closet doors. It's also very quiet, making it a comfortable place to recharge after a long day or late night at an event.

Pool, Spa & Outdoor Living

Guests are welcome to enjoy shared access to our private saltwater pool and spa, along with outdoor seating and our built-in BBQ area. It's a great place to cool off during the day, have coffee outside in the morning, or relax after an event.

Walk to Empire Polo Club & Festivals

One of the best features of the casita is its location. Empire Polo Club is directly across from Indian Palms Country Club, making this an especially convenient place to stay for events at the polo grounds.

Festival access is walkable from the neighborhood via Avenue 49 and the Yellow Path. Being able to leave the car behind can make event weekends much easier.

For Head Trip, you can walk to the festival, enjoy the event, and come home to your own king bed, private bathroom, A/C, and shared pool and spa.

The location is also convenient for polo, equestrian events, golf, tennis, restaurants, shopping, and everything else the Coachella Valley has to offer.

Your Private Space & What Is Shared

The casita is separate from the main house, with its own private entrance and private bathroom. The only shared entry is the gated courtyard.

When you enter the courtyard, the main house is straight ahead and the casita entrance is to the left. You do not need to enter or pass through the main house to reach your casita, so you're free to come and go on your own schedule.

Our family of three lives in the main house. You may see us occasionally around the courtyard, pool, or outdoor areas, but we respect our guests' privacy and want you to feel completely comfortable enjoying your stay.

We also have a very friendly dog. We will keep the dog inside while guests are coming and going, other than occasional supervised bathroom breaks, so you can enter and leave the property easily without having to interact with the dog.

The pool, spa, courtyard, outdoor seating, and BBQ area are shared with our family.

We've spent winters in the desert for polo for more than 30 years and love Indian Palms for its friendly neighborhood atmosphere, peaceful setting, and incredible location. We're happy to answer questions or share local recommendations, but we're equally happy to give you your space.
