Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors. Due to the proximity of the houses, using vile or obscene language while outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the driveway only. Parking at this property is available for 4 cars maximum, 4 in the driveway, and no garage or street parking. Parking vehicles on the street (outside the driveway) are against the HOA rules, and you will be fined and towed, although quick unloading is allowed. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, and the wheels must not touch the black concrete, or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. Home Owner Association (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.
