The Space:

A home made for families and groups, with a private pool and spa, a wellness setup and a dedicated game room. The open living room has a large sectional and a smart TV, and the chef's kitchen has stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, with dining for eight.



Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV and en-suite bath.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

Bedroom 4: One double and one single bed.

Laundry: washer and dryer.



Wellness: an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a spa. Please follow the posted instructions and safety guidelines when using the sauna.

Game room: ping pong, foosball, arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man, NFL Blitz) and a mini fridge.



The backyard has the private pool and spa, sun loungers and a daybed, a covered patio with misters and outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, plus jumbo Connect 4, cornhole and a tower-stacking game.



Guest Access:

The entire home and backyard are yours. Entry is keyless, and your code is sent before check-in.



The home has front-door security cameras and noise-monitoring devices that measure decibel level and occupancy only.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Indio, close to La Quinta, El Paseo and local hiking, with dining, shops and grocery stores easy to reach.



Empire Polo Club festival grounds: 5 to 10 minutes

Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10 to 15 minutes

Downtown Palm Springs: about 40 minutes

Joshua Tree National Park (south entrance): about 50 minutes



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to reach shopping, dining and Coachella Valley attractions. Parking is in the garage and driveway.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and spa for the exclusive use of guests, plus a cold plunge. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Parking is in the garage and driveway.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home takes part in a noise-monitoring program, which measures decibel levels and occupancy only - there is no audio recording.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
