Other things to note
There are 5 security cameras in the property: 2 located in the back pointing to the pool, 1 located in the front door pointing to the front, 1 located in the garage pointing at the garage, 1 in the driveway pointing at the driveway,. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Optional Upgrades:

Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $100/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Spa & Pool:

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.

No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
