Start the day with a dip in your backyard pool, then grab some coffee and dry off in the sun, or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for kids and the family dog, who are welcome at this dog-friendly home. Inside, youâll find modern, updated decor and an open layout. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and thereâs plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast bar or dining room table.
After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central air-conditioning with a little TV, a friendly game of foosball, or a board game. Step out to a local restaurant or keep it simple with a family barbecue on the gas grill. Rest easy at the end of the night in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - another day of desert adventure awaits tomorrow.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: 3 cameras: Front door, garage, and pool (covered during guest stays)
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
