As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and the community by adhering to Riverside County code noise regulations. The entire county of Riverside requires outside noise be kept to a minimum, no music outdoors whatsoever between the hours of 10pm-8am. Regulations state amplified speaker music is not allowed, and outside noise is not to exceed 45 decibels during quiet hours, and 55 decibels during the day, contained within the property.

Plenty of parking in garage and driveway with street parking if needed
RULES/NOISE:
Riverside County has a noise ordinance of quiet hours: minimal outdoor noise/activity after 9 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and after 10 pm (Friday & Saturday). During quiet hours no music or noise should be heard at the property line. Noise should be at low to moderate levels during the daytime. Overnight occupancy is anyone on the property after 10 pm and should not be more than 16.
We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community in order to offer these amazing vacation properties to our guests, so we appreciate you following these rules during your stay.
POOL|SPA:
Pool/spa: $150/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee); $150 per day for 86 degrees. There is a controller to turn on spa and lights on the wall beside the sliding doors.
Spa on demand only: $40/daily to 102 degrees or can be adjusted to 104F as per request. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa or turn it off at the spa controller so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
Also, this property gets weekly pool service on Monday and Thursday. Landscaping is on Wednesday
SLEEPING:
Air mattresses and Pack n Play (and High Chair) available upon request, prior to check-in.
PETS:
Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, $50 goes towards the pet`s stay, and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card on file. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!
Outdoor Heater:
Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.

out of my or the Pool Users` use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and I
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.

the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
