Walk to festivals! Tucked in the quiet gated community of Indian Palms Country Club, this TWO ENSUITE home is designed to welcome any visitor to the Coachella Valley. Whether you’re seeking rest and relaxation, or a fast-paced, fun-in-the-sun weekend, this is the perfect place to get away. Enjoy our HUGE, PRIVATE backyard with multiple fire pits, outdoor kitchen and spool (spa/pool) with pond and mountain views, or the community amenities like our golf courses and neighborhood swimming pools.

We are less than a mile from the Polo Grounds where Coachella and Stagecoach happen! We boast a backyard that is one of the largest in the entire community, with some of the best views of our community pond and distant mountains. There is a large outdoor kitchen, 2 fire table areas with seating, and a fire pit with comfy seating as well. Large grassy areas and the winding patio offer fantastic places to tan, and a covered-patio with ample shade and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable day or night. Lastly, you will love our beautiful waterfall that flows into our spool which can be heated in a 4 hour increment per day, for $75.(swimming
pool/hottub rolled into one). Our backyard has everything you need for day or evening enjoyment.

Inside, this home has everything, too! It is our second home, so we have equipped it with all of the things that make a house a home:

The spacious kitchen, with a large granite island and bar-stool seating, has drawers and cupboards fully stocked with anything you would need to cook and eat a gourmet meal, or a simple frozen pizza. There is a large spice rack, cooking supplies like flour and sugar in the pantry, and condiments for you to use in the refrigerator as needed. We have a Keurig coffe maker and pods to get your morning started just right! A double oven, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, and other kitchen appliances make cooking easy. And the dishwasher will help you clean it all up! There is a bar area across from the kitchen that is stocked with fun wine glasses, a blender, and a hand juicer perfect for squeezing local oranges and grapefruits.

Our inviting living room has a brand new leather Lazyboy reclining sofa and matching reclining chair, as well as two other comfy seats where you can enjoy watching our 75 inch TV that is equipped with a cable sports package and the ability to play streaming apps as well. Sliding doors from this room open up to the outdoor covered patio area.

This home has two ensuites, one at each and of the house, able to be closed off from the rest of the home with locking doors. Each bedroom features a beautiful king-sized bed, bed side tables with lamps, dressers with drawrs, a ceiling fan, TVs with streaming apps, and rolling racks with hangers for you to use (both closets will be locked, as they hold our personal possessions). The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers (one has a bathtub), bathmats, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your use. There is a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash provided as well.

Other amenities in our home include a dining room with a large table and chairs and a slider that opens to a second patio area with outside seating, a powder room off of the living area, and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer (and laundry soap) for you to use. Pool towels, extra blankets, and pillows are located in the laundry room. There is a game chest in the dining room.

This house has everything you need to enjoy desert fun in the Coachella Valley!

You will need to enter and exit through the gates located on Monroe. There are 3 other gates, but you will not have access to those, as they are operated by a remote system that you will not have.

If an issue arrises that needs face to face attention, my property manager is located in the neighborhood. They will greet you with a key at check-in, and do a walk through with you when you leave to collect the keys.

Indian Palms is a gated country-club community with three nine-hole courses and a clubhouse. We have lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, community pools, bocci ball areas, and a gym. The Polo Fields, where many music festivals in the Coachella Valley are held, are less than a mile from us. We are a 10 minute drive to LaQuinta were there are other fun, local events. Shopping and delicious restaurants are just a short distance away.

Uber, Lyft and public transportation are available.

*This is a 2 bedroom house- guests 5&6 will have access to a Murphy bed and/or a second roll away bed in the living room space.
There is a guest handbook inside the property that has a complete list of house rules, a checkout list, and other handy tips for using the house. There are some pamphlets with local places to visit and eat that we highly recommend. If you would like the spool heated in a 4 hour increment per day, there is a $75 daily fee. Please, notice that there are NO pets, NO children under 12, NO smoking, NO parties or unregistered guests, and NO glasswares out on the patio by the pool. We want to keep our home clean and safe for all of our guests.
No parties. No unregistered guests, I have cameras on the front doors to monitor property for your safety. No smoking or drug use anywhere on the property. No pets. No animals on the property due to severe allergies of the owners. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. No street parking (there are 2 spaces in the driveway for cars). Noise and parking violations are at the expense of the guests. No reservations to those under 25 years of age. Underage drinking and/or partying at any age is not allowed. Non-compliance of any of these regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Guests must send a picture of government issued ID to retain reservation within 24 hours of booking, and pay security deposit. Read additional house rules located in the handbook inside the property.
If you would like the spool (spa/pool) to be heated, contact host to set up hours. Any extra costs, above and beyond what is our typical bill, for AC, heat, spa/pool or other utilities, will be charged to the guest/renters.
