Grill up some lunch in the outdoor kitchen, which features a natural gas built-in barbeque, side burners, mini-fridge, sink, a television with bar height seating for six, and remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 14 with remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong or the bean bag toss game. After a fun-filled day, enjoy a nice soak in the spa or a cocktail in front of the propane fire pit with seating for four. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
